- 30 ml Licor 43 Original
- 40 ml iced brew coffee (Ethiopia, medium roast) 30
- 30 ml white wine (Floral, acidic, young)
- 10 ml Gin
Method
- COCKTAIL PREPARATION 1. Shake all ingredients & serve 2. Garnish with an edible flower
- COFFEE PREPARATION 1. Brew 24-gram Coffee (fine grind setting) with 200 ml of 92°C water in a V60 and leave to drip on 200 grams of crushed ice 2. Stir until ice is completely dissolved
