Ingredients:
- 60 ml Licor 43 Original
- 1 chocolate biscuits
- 2 cups of espresso
- 4 egg yolks
- 75 g caster sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 500 g mascarpone
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp nutmeg
- 2 gingerbread biscuits
- Cocoa powder (for dusting)
How to make Christmas Tiramisu with Licor 43:
- Brew two cups of espresso and allow to cool. Pour into a bowl and set to one side.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the 4 egg yolks with the sugar and 30ml of the Licor 43 Original into a nice frothy cream.
- Add in the mascarpone and mix until mostly smooth.
- Add the other 30ml of the Licor 43 to the cooled coffee.
- Dunk half of the chocolate biscuits into the cool coffee mixture one by one.
- Take half of the spiced mascarpone mixture and layer on top of the coffee-soaked chocolate biscuits.
- On top of the mascarpone, dunk the other half of the chocolate covered biscuits in the cold espresso and form a layer on top.
- Add the remaining mascarpone to the top of the chocolate covered biscuits.
- Crush the 2 gingerbread biscuits and sprinkle on top of the Christmas dessert. Then add a sprinkle of cocoa powder to serve.
- Leave it in the refrigerator at least 4 hours before serving.

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Licor 43 Original
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 65 g ground almonds
- 50 g granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 60 g dark chocolate cut in pieces
- 15 g unsalted butter
- 40 ml whipping cream
- Peppermint extract
- Gold edible glitter
How to make Christmas Macarons:
- Preheat the oven to 160 ° c
- Beat only the egg whites in a large bowl to create a soft foam.
- Add the ground almonds and icing sugar in a blender to create fine pieces.
- Beat in small amounts of sugar through the egg whites to create a firm, glossy meringue.
- Whisk the peppermint essence with the meringue.

Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp Licor 43 Original
- 400g of condensed milk
- 25 g butter
- 400 g of white chocolate
- 75 g almonds finely chopped
- 50g of dried cranberries
- 50g pistachios
- Sprinkle of sea salt
How to make Christmas fudge:
- Line a mould that is approximately 20×20 cm with greaseproof paper.
- Chop the white chocolate into fine pieces.
- Pour condensed milk into a saucepan and add the chopped chocolate and butter to boil. Cook for around 20 minutes until it simmers. Stir regularly with a wooden spoon.
- Stir the Licor 43 Original, almond pieces, dried cranberries and pistachios into the saucepan for 30 seconds. Pour the mix immediately into the mould.
- Smooth the top and let the fudge harden for several hours in the refrigerator.
- Cut with a hot knife.
- Chocolate Orange Cheesecake
A Christmas dessert recipe based on the seasonal treat, this recipe takes the Cheesecake 43 recipe and gives a citrus twist that complements Licor 43’s orange notes.
Ingredients:
- 8 tbsp Licor 43 Original
- 200 g chocolate orange biscuits
- 100 g melted butter
- 12 sheets of gelatine
- 500 g cottage cheese
- 200 g caster sugar
- 1 orange
- 250 ml whipping cream
- 4 tbsp Orange Marmalade
- Orange flavoured chocolate
How to make a Christmas Cheesecake:
- Soak the gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes.
- Crunch the chocolate orange biscuits finely in a blender.
- In a small pan, melt 100g of butter and stir in the biscuit pieces.
- Grease a cake tin, and pour the mixture on top. Place in the fridge and allow to harden.
- Grate the peel of the orange.
- Squeeze the juice of the orange into a small pan.
- Let the mixture cool down.
- Stir in a bowl the cream cheese, sugar, orange peel and mix, then add the Licor 43 Original until well blended.
- Beat in another bowl the cream until stiff and stir it lightly into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture smoothly over the crumb bottom of the cake.
- Leave the cheesecake in the refrigerator about 3 hours before serving.
- Garnish the cheesecake with chocolate orange pieces.
- Let the Orange Marmalade gently warm up in a pan with 1 tablespoon of water.
- Let this mixture to cool slightly and then stir in 4 tablespoons of Licor 43 Original. Drizzle over the cheesecake.
- Put the cake in the fridge to stiffen until the cake is ready, enjoy!
- Bauble Brownies
These bauble brownies are just like the classic Brownie 43 recipe, but you won’t be able to resist the cute festive shape and the extra magic in this Christmas dessert recipe.
Ingredients:
- 40 ml Licor 43 Original
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 110 g melted butter
- 200 g caster sugar
- 150 g flour
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs

- White icing
