Crack Open Easter with Licor 43 Chocolate Cocktails

Who doesn’t love chocolate at Easter? Shake things up with Licor 43 Chocolate cocktails.  

You don’t need to go on a hunt for the perfect treat this year. Licor 43 pairs beautifully with chocolate, whether it’s Licor 43 Original shaken up into a cocktail or the indulgent cocoa tones of the Licor 43 Chocolate liqueur, it’s the perfect way to celebrate Easter.  

Licor 43 Chocolate 

The easiest way to enjoy a chocolate tipple is Licor 43 Chocolate liqueur, poured over ice, for the perfect Easter indulgence. 

Chocolate Carajillo 

One of the best ways to enjoy Licor 43 is serving the golden liqueur with coffee such as in a Shaken Carajillo 43. However, for an Easter cocktail twist, why not try it with Licor 43 Chocolate?  

This Spanish-style coffee cocktail gets a rich twist. 

Ingredients: 

• 50ml Licor 43 Chocolate  

• 50ml cold brew coffee  

• Ice 

Method:

• Add Licor 43 and chocolate syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice
• Shake well, then pour over cold brew coffee
• Serve in a short glass for a bold, bittersweet finish
• If you don’t have any Licor 43 Chocolate, you could use original and add in 25ml chocolate syrup

Choco Glow 43 

This hot cocktail is perfect for Hot Chocolate lovers. This chocolate cocktail is the perfect way to curl up over the Easter holiday, for a cosy springtime serve.  

Ingredients: 

• 50ml Licor 43 Chocolate Original
• 80ml Hot chocolate
• 1 Hot espresso coffee
• Whipped cream
• Fresh raspberry & grated chocolate (for garnish)

Method: 

• Stir together the hot chocolate, espresso, and Licor 43 Chocolate Original.
• Top with a generous helping of whipped cream, garnish with a fresh raspberry, and finish with a sprinkle of grated dark chocolate.
• Bliss in a glass!

Chocolatina  

This silky smooth chocolate martini is perfect for an Easter toast!

Ingredients: 

• 25ml Licor 43 Chocolate Original
• 25ml Vodka
• 25ml Cream
• Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Method: 

• Chill a martini glass in the freezer
• In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Licor 43 Chocolate Original, vodka, and cream
• Shake vigorously until well chilled, then strain into the chilled glass
• Garnish with chocolate shavings for an extra touch of elegance
• Sip and savour the indulgence
