1. Mediterranean Breeze
Light and refreshing, the Mediterranean Breeze adds a zesty and slightly exotic to the world of vegan cocktails. Whilst cocktails involving cream liqueur can sometimes be indulgent and heavy, this vegan cream cocktail’s touch of citrus makes for a Mediterranean inspired tipple.
Ingredients:
- Crushed ice
- 50 ml Licor 43 Horchata
- 25 ml Villa Massa Limoncello
- Lemon peel to garnish
Method:
Fill a small glass with crushed ice
Pour 50 ml of Licor 43 Horchata + 25 ml of Villa Massa Limoncello
Stir and decorate with lemon peel
2. Valencia Café 43
Although there are a whole host of coffee cocktails you can make with Licor 43 Original, Licor 43 Horchata makes a vegan cream cocktail with a caffeine fuelled boost.
Coffee lovers will adore this vegan twist on a classic coffee cocktail. The nutty, creamy Licor 43 Horchata pairs perfectly with the bold espresso.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Licor 43 Horchata
- 45ml Pineapple Juice
- 15ml Cold-press espresso coffee
- Cinnamon powder
Method:
Pour ingredients into a shaker. Shake well, strain and serve into a coupe glass.
3. Horchata Iced Coffee
Another coffee serve where Horchata really shines, you can make a vegan cocktail that tastes just like an iced coffee.
- 1x 30ml shot fresh espresso
- 2x 30ml shots Licor 43 Horchata (dairy-free)
- 1 tablespoon coconut condensed milk (dairy-free)
- 1 cup cold soy or oat milk
- Cinnamon sugar
- Ice
Method:
Add espresso to a tall serving glass and fill with ice. Pour over the Licor 43 Horchata and condensed milk and top with your choice of dairy-free milk. Shake cinnamon sugar on top and serve. Leave out the espresso for a lovely iced horchata.
4. Horchata Puro 43
Sometimes keeping things simple is best. This creamy, vegan Licor 43 Horchata cocktail is an indulgent treat that’s also dairy-free! Perfect for Veganuary to cosy up on those chilly January evenings.
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Licor 43 Horchata
- Crushed ice (optional)
Method:
- Fill a glass with ice cubes (optional)
- Add a small measure of Licor 43 Horchata
